Intensive Analysis

We pour over each videotaped interview, scouring each action and response for insight and meaning. We look for emerging patterns, surprises and “ahas!” that lead to actionable direction.

Video Report

Housecalls’ report is a documentary-style DVD, easily accessible to all members of your company. The narrated DVD is organized around our findings, punctuated abundantly with clips of consumers using and reacting to your product. Individual consumer interviews are available in their entirety, as well.

Training

We offer training for personnel or companies new to ethnography. We provide seminars and sample fieldwork to show researchers and marketers how to best prepare for and work with Housecalls’ professional ethnographers, maximizing potential for strong research results.
